What does systemic coaching mean?
Systemic coaching is about supporting people in difficult or challenging life situations. But even the simple desire for change, inner peace, or courageous decisions can be reasons to seek systemic coaching.
In many cases, professional support is needed during times of change in order to foster self-reflection and gain clarity.
To change burdensome or outdated behavioral patterns, work is done with and within the entire system. “Systemic” means that a person’s behavior is not viewed in isolation, but in the context of their relationships and interactions.
The systemic approach broadens one’s range of perception and action. It not only encourages a shift in perspective, but also promotes personal responsibility. This leads to emotional relief and, consequently, a significant reduction in stress.
In everyday life, we often lack the time, space, and energy to deal with challenging topics and conflict situations. I would like to offer you the opportunity to find a path forward together.
Current global crises and the recent pandemic period have also brought new burdens for many of us—ones that are difficult to cope with alone.
I warmly invite you to a non-binding initial consultation, so that we can get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.
Costs and reimbursement
The initial phone consultation is non-binding and free of charge. During this, we will assess whether collaboration makes sense and, if necessary, perform an initial analysis of your situation/concern.
Individual coaching costs 95 euros per session, while couples coaching costs 120 euros. A session typically lasts 60-90 minutes. Billing is done according to the fee schedule for alternative practitioners.
Payment can be made by EC card at the end of the session. Alternatively, an invoice can be issued in paper format or by email. In any case, you will receive a receipt/invoice for potential submission to your insurance.
In principle, systemic coaching is a self-pay service. However, it is still worth asking your health insurance provider if partial reimbursement is possible. Due to the available alternative practitioner license, the costs might also be covered by supplementary insurance.
